The UMNAA Junior Board presents


June 17 @ 6:30 p.m. via Zoom webinar, featuring alumni professionals:

  • Erskine Burnett – experienced Human Resource Manager with a demonstrated history of working in food production, heavy highway construction and steel manufacturing industries. He is skilled in facilitation, HR policies, labor relations, college recruiting and management. Erskine earned his MBA from UM in 2012.
  • Chris Estes – accomplished HR professional in the HR and HRIS fields He has more than 10 years of extensive experience in HR, IT and Business Administration. Chris graduated with his BBA from UM in 2011 and then earned his MBA while working full time in 2014.
  • Brandi Hill – driven Human Resources professional with 10+ years of extensive experience including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, employee communications, new employee orientation, workers compensation, employee training and employee event planning. Brandi is a 2007 graduate of UM.
  • Dr. Antonio Williams – innovative educator and leader with more than 15 years of progressive experience. As principal for the last 7 years, he guides the climate and culture of the school, overseeing strategic direction, challenging students and monitoring their achievement along with hiring and evaluating faculty and staff. Antonio graduated from UM in 2005 and went on to earn an M.Ed. and Ed.D.

The panelists will offer recent graduates (and alumni who are changing career fields) tips and advice on how to get hired. Advice will include how to stand out in the job search process, interview tips, etc. Discussion will be moderated by UM Director of the Career Development Center, Michael Lebeau. 

Following the discussion, a Q&A will be held with the panelists and special guests Barbara Forrest (UM Director of Human Resources) and Michael Lebeau. Questions will be answered, time permitting.
