The 2023 Alumni Art Auction is set for Saturday, Feb. 11th
The 26th Annual Alumni Art Auction will take place from Jan 17th to Feb 11th in the Poole Art Gallery in the Center for the Arts. What was formerly known as the Bloch Party is now the Poole Party as we move the Art Auction to our wonderful new location. You are invited to join us for the 2023 Poole Party on Feb. 11th from 4:00 to 5:30 pm.
All proceeds from this fundraising event go directly to the Art Department to support our programs and aid students. Instead of a one-day event, the Alumni Art Auction is now a full-fledged exhibition in the Poole Art Gallery, which will be up for three weeks prior to the Poole Party on Feb 11th. Bidding will be open the entire time and will close on the evening of our party at 5:30 sharp.
Invitations to participate in the auction are mailed each year to art alums; please let us know if we need to add you to our list or if you wish to help with the event or join our Alumni Board.

The Alumni Art Auction cannot happen without your work! Please consider donating your artwork, any size, and any media, or any art-related objects or services, including frames, books, t-shirts, design work, or a photo shoot. Works should be ready for display: framed or matted for 2D pieces, gallery pedestals will be provided for 3D pieces. Please deliver or ship work to arrive by Mon., Jan 9, 2023. The work will be on display in Poole Art Gallery from January 17th through the Poole Party on Feb 11th, with bidding open any time during gallery hours.
Please deliver work to the Art Department, Bloch Hall room 206, University of Montevallo, or to Atichson Gallery and Village Framer at 2847 Culver Road in Mountain Brook Village.

If you cannot participate in person this year, please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to the Art Department.
