Karli Morris is an assistant professor of mathematics at the University of Montevallo. She received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University in 2003. She then began her graduate work at Louisiana State University, where she earned her Master of Science in Mathematics in 2005, and her PhD in Mathematics in 2008. She joined the faculty at the University of Montevallo in Fall 2008.
Dr. Morris teaches a wide variety of classes, from Finite Mathematics to Abstract Algebra. Her research area is algebraic number theory. She has had research articles published in Linear and Multilinear Algebra, the Journal of Algebra, Number Theory: Advances and Applications, and the Alabama Journal of Mathematics.
